No matter your stage in life, navigating your relationship with food and your body can be overwhelming. Diet culture and social media fills our eyes and ears with fear-mongering comments about how our bodies should look and which foods we should choose to eat.

The mission is to empower individuals of all ages to feel confident about their nutritional choices.
The philosophy is that with a gentle, flexible approach- free of guilt, body shaming and restrictions, anyone can be body confident.

Whether individually or in a group workshop setting, Educated Bites is here to support you or your child with your nutrition and body image goals.
A little about me...
I am born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. I graduated with my master's degree from ASU. I'm a big fan of my state and really enjoy giving back to my community! I grew up figure skating competitively and playing high school volleyball. As an athlete, I've witnessed and experienced first hand the pressures of performance and the long-term negative effects of poor nutrition education one receives from coaches and peers.
I have spent the last year delving deep into what is influencing my community in regards to health, physical activity, and body image. My passion is providing nutrition education for adolescents, adults, and families that creates lifelong change. I strive to eliminate the "questions marks" around nutrition and debunk the myths that circulate in our society.

I care about people, especially your story because those life experiences matter in how they've shaped you into who you are today. I am grateful for the opportunity to perform life-changing work. I celebrate and welcome all walks of life while respecting the strength one has to be comfortable being uncomfortable.
